This music was written for the short film, Lure of the North, a film by Jonathan Chapman and premiering at the Great Northern Festival in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
The film tells the story of Blake and Jennifer Freking, dog mushers in the far north of Minnesota, and follows their dogs and children living off the grid in one of the snowiest places in the state.
